What we do

Four kinds of help, all under one roof.

Within paralegal scope under the Law Society of Ontario. If your matter needs a lawyer, we'll tell you and recommend one.

Landlord & tenant board
LTB hearings, N-forms, and the in-between.

N4, N5, N12, L1, T2 — we know the forms cold. We represent tenants and small landlords at hearings, and we mediate before things get there when we can.

Small claims court
Up to $50,000 — without a lawyer's bill.

Unpaid invoices, contractor disputes, deposits not returned, fender-benders with no insurance. We file, we serve, we show up at the Civil Resolution hearing.

Traffic & POA
Don't just pay it.

A guilty plea costs you the fine plus three years of higher insurance. We help clients understand their options before deciding whether to pay, fight, or resolve the ticket.

Fight a ticket
Notary public
Notary & commissioner — walk-ins welcome.

Affidavits, statutory declarations, travel consents, certified true copies. $35 for the first document, $15 for each additional one. Walk in or book a 15-minute slot.

How it works

Three steps. The first one is free.

We try to keep it boring. Stressed people don't need surprises.

1
Tell us what's happening.

A 30-minute call, no charge. Bring any letters, forms, or tickets. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and tell you what you're up against.

2
We agree on a plan and a price.

Flat fee, hourly, or fixed scope — whichever makes sense. Written, signed, no surprise add-ons. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you who is.

3
We do the legal heavy lifting.

Forms drafted and filed. Evidence gathered. Other side dealt with. You show up at the hearing if you need to — and you won't be alone.

You're not the first

Most of our clients have never set foot in a hearing room. That's okay — we have.

“I called them at 9pm the night before my hearing. Someone called back before 9am. By that afternoon we had a plan. They didn't make me feel stupid for waiting.”

FAQ

The things people ask first.

Paralegals are licensed legal professionals regulated by the Law Society of Ontario — the same body that regulates lawyers. We can represent you in specific tribunals and lower courts (LTB, Small Claims, Provincial Offences) but not in family or criminal indictable matters. We'll always tell you up front if you need a lawyer instead.

The longer you wait, the fewer options you have.

Most legal problems get harder over the next week. Most of them are also fixable. Let's find out which yours is.
